Through the years Holy Spirit has been speaking to elders whom He has strategically placed throughout our region, “Connect, work together, become a ‘corporate man’, grow in grace, get updated, seek My face together…” .
These “elders” are serving as intercessors, deacons, pastors and “7 mountain leaders” all throughout their region. They are the silent, often unrecognized Gate Keepers of cities and regions. If you are awakening to the fact that you are one of them, and I highly expect that you are, then I would encourage you to participate in this upcoming mentoring series which begins March 2. (Session Dates: March 2, May 4, July 13, Sept 7, Nov 2)
I am sure this intensive “NXT LVL” (next Level) will be a blessing to you and your family, your geographical region and most importantly The Kingdom of our Lord Jesus.

NXT LVL: Regional Elders Series
For Pastors, Elders, Deacons, intercessors and 7 Mountain Leaders

Discerning the times and the seasons is an integral part of the healthy function of leadership. In these times, as you look upon the landscape that man is creating, it is the exact opposite of what the true heart of Father God desires.
Man’s efforts result in division, like “us versus them”, but the Holy Spirit is leading us into a place of “unity of heart and purpose”.
Man promotes a strong sense of entitlement, that we are owed. Father God prompts us to develop a servant’s heart that sees the needs of others before our own.
Man glorifies elitism, the belief the I and I alone know better than anyone else. The Holy Spirit would lead us into deeper levels of humility and the emptying of ourselves to have more of Him.
Man would have us believe that in order to succeed we need to place self above all others. But Father God, throughout it all, strengthens and rewards our efforts to die to self.
Does that make sense to you? Then NXT LVL Regional Elders Series just may be the path for you. It just may be the way in which you begin to see the fullness of your calling break forth. It may be the perfect way to find yourself knit together with brothers, sisters, fathers, and mothers in the Lord who share your heart’s desire for the Kingdom.

- Sense the urgency of the times
- Are frustrated with the spiritual status quo
- Are concerned for the condition of their region of the world
- Who have awakened to the fact that the Kingdom is bigger than the congregation
- Sense that they are called to make a difference
- Are connectable and can ‘Play well with others’
- Burn with Psalm 24:7
- Are courageous and have a pioneer Spirit
- Do you have enough control over life to commit/invest time and resources necessary to gather 5 times this year, on a Saturday for 8 hours?
NXT LVL: Apostle – Prophet Kingdom Governance Series
